Made for the re-enactor and decorator, the Rob Roy Targe replicates a piece dating to the '45 Jacobite rising. Construction is tooled leather over wood with a goatskin backing and brass decorations. A traditonal spike screws into the central boss, with a spike sheath attached to the back of the targe. The arm strap and hand grip are leather covered. Like the original, the targe is about 19" in diameter. Our OH2048 table stand is built to display the targe and one or two basket hilt swords.
