Our Guarantee


We at ProForge Knives are truly interested in your complete satisfaction with your purchase, and we will make every reasonable effort to accomodate returns under our guidelines. We have found it necessary to create these guidelines to prevent the irresponsible purchasing and returning of products for the purpose of simply trying them out.

All ProForge merchandise is guaranteed to be true to description and in good condition. Any natural or hand-made products may have inherent variations in color, grain, size, and presentation. These variations are not flaws but are individual traits which add character to each piece, and exist due to the nature of our products.

Transportation Damage


If your package appears to be damaged in transport when you receive it, be sure to note this on the bill of lading/shipping receipt and have the driver initial or sign it. This is very important for transport damage claims. Next, report it to the carrier directly and immediately. The carrier will then give you instructions on how to proceed. Transport damage is beyond our control. ProForge is not responsible for transport damage. Do not ship the product back to Ultimate Edge because the carrier will not honor the claim if the item has been reshipped.

Product Issues


ProForge has every item inspected and makes every possible effort to ensure your purchase arrives to you free from defects in workmanship and materials. Please be sure to inspect your product upon delivery for any defects in workmanship and materials. Any defects must be reported to ProForge within seven (7) days of delivery, and product returned to ProForge within 28 days of delivery in the original packaging and unused, in order to receive an exchange. Please contact us for assistance prior to returning any product.

Other Returns


Any unwanted items may be returned at your expense (including the cost of the initial shipping that we may have given you for free), and you will incur a restocking fee which may be as high as 50% of the purchase price, depending on our management's and manufacturer's discretion. Please understand that we have arrangements with manufacturers the obligate us to meeting these expenses. We will make every effort to keep these costs as low as possible for you. Return requests must be submitted to us no later than seven days from date of delivery to you. Returned products must be received within 28 days of delivery to you, in the original packaging and condition, unused. Custom orders or discontinued items may not be returned for any reason. Please contact us for authorization prior to returning any merchandise. We will make every effort to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

By purchasing any items sold by ProForge Knives, the buyer expressly warrants the he/she is in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations reguarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated, or sold. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ProForge Knives, and all of it's officers, for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws or regulations. Weapons will not be sold to individuals under the age of 18 without permission or consent of a parent or guardian.

Shipping Policy:
In order to provide our customers with better value, we offer free standard shipping to any location in the continental United States on swords priced above $150.00. Others will incur a flat $9.99 charge.
Orders to Alaska or Hawaii will incur a minimum charge of $19.99.
We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Product Availability


All items marked "In Stock" are on hand at one of our warehouses and will ship in 1-3 business days after inspection, packaging, and processing. Please understand that we fill orders in the sequence in which we receive them. Due to considerable inventory fluctuation which occurs on short notice, occasionally an item will oversell. If this occurs, our service team will contact you and provide you with every option to ensure your full satisfaction.

Transit Time


If you choose our free standard shipping method, your products will be shipped within 1-3 business days after inspection, packaging, and processing. We will contact you by email with confirmations and tracking information (please provide an email address during the checkout process for this service).
